The Governing Body is responsible for the strategic planning and management of the school. They are there to challenge, question and support the Headteacher and staff to ensure that the children at Baslow St. Anne’s get the best possible education. The Full Governing Body meets twice a term and the sub-committees, which focus on specific areas, meet once a term. The sub-committees are Health and Safety, Personnel, Finance and Curriculum. Parents form part of the governing body and are elected for a term of 4 years. The clerk to the governors is Mrs G. Broadley and she can be contacted in the school office.
